Telecalling Executive/ Telecaller

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate leads to develop business from different sources.
  • Supporting marketing activities through mailing and cold calling.
  • Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.
  • Making outbound calls for generating leads.
  • Ability to develop maintain positive working relationship with client.
  • Follow up with incoming leads.
  • Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.
  • Book appointment for field sales team with the emphasis on high-quality leads.
  • Interacting with the customers and providing them the information about the company products and services.

Competencies/ Skill Requirements

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure.
  • Good MS Office knowledge.
  • Any Industry/ Tele calling Experience is an added advantage.
  • Female candidates only.
