Telecalling Executive/ Telecaller
- Generate leads to develop business from different sources.
- Supporting marketing activities through mailing and cold calling.
- Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.
- Making outbound calls for generating leads.
- Ability to develop maintain positive working relationship with client.
- Follow up with incoming leads.
- Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.
- Book appointment for field sales team with the emphasis on high-quality leads.
- Interacting with the customers and providing them the information about the company products and services.
Competencies/ Skill Requirements
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Good MS Office knowledge.
- Any Industry/ Tele calling Experience is an added advantage.
